We’re Brent and Allison — the husband-and-wife team behind The Southern Saddle, where rustic charm meets a cold drink and a whole lot of Southern hospitality.

Brent’s a hands-on, fix-anything kind of guy with a mechanical background and a full-time role at BMW Manufacturing. He’s spent years building, fixing, landscaping, and more recently creating professional media and photography content — so if something breaks, he can probably fix it and take a killer photo of it.

Allison brings the sparkle. With 12+ years in the home décor industry and a natural gift for event planning (especially weddings), she knows how to turn a simple space into something stunning. She’s the eye for design, the vision behind our vibe, and the reason everything feels Pinterest-worthy.

For years, we dreamed of combining our strengths to create something fun. A mobile bar built from a converted horse trailer felt like the perfect blend of creativity, craftsmanship, and cocktails.

Working alongside friends who own a wedding venue, we saw firsthand how magical (and chaotic!) events can be — and how the right bar setup makes all the difference. So, we rolled up our sleeves, grabbed some tools and paint, and brought The Southern Saddle to life.

Then came an opportunity we couldn’t pass up: taking over and managing Walnut Farms, the very venue where our son and daughter-in-law were married. Now, we’re proud to offer both a mobile bar and a full venue — giving our couples and clients even more ways to celebrate in style.
